Owner-of-record decision for RAIDT and RAIT trade marks at the University of Portsmouth Tech Transfer Office.
- Why it blocks everything: TM filings, NDAs, commercial conversations, and spin-out terms all depend on knowing who owns the IP (University / founder / future spin-out vehicle).
- What needs to happen: Send the IP Strategy Memo to Tech Transfer and book a 30-minute meeting.
- Who: Lead researcher (Mohammad).
- By when: Monday 11 May.
- Escalation if no reply by: Wednesday → ping; Friday → escalate to supervisor; following Monday → Faculty Dean.
