Tasks by Stream

The 18-month plan runs 6 parallel work streams. Some advance independently (no dependencies); some are sequential within themselves; all can move forward at their own pace.

How to use this page: find the stream you're working on, see the current task, see what's next. Each stream has different rhythm — IP work is sequential, partnerships are multi-track parallel, standards is a slow burn.

B. Academic Output 📄

Type: Continuous — multiple papers in flight; no hard sequence between them.

Owner: Lead researcher + supervisors (co-authors).
Cadence: Continuous; aim 1 paper submitted per quarter.

C. Commercial Discovery 🔍

Type: Sequential — ICURe stages gate each other. Discover before Explore before Mentor.

D. Partnerships 🤝

Type: Multi-track parallel — many conversations in flight at different stages. Not sequential.

Cadence: Send Tue–Thu mornings; bump non-responders at 8 working days.

E. Grant Funding 💰

Type: Wave-based — each call has its own deadline. Apply when waves arrive.

Cadence: 1–3 hours/week sustained over 12–24 months. Do not abandon. Standards is the long-term moat.

Reading the dependency graph: Stream A unblocks Stream D (signed NDAs). Stream B (papers) is a force multiplier for D, E, F. Stream C feeds D and E. Stream F compounds slowly across all.
