Tasks by Stream

Tasks by Stream

The 18-month plan runs 6 parallel work streams. Some advance independently (no dependencies); some are sequential within themselves; all can move forward at their own pace.

How to use this page: find the stream you're working on, see the current task, see what's next. Each stream has different rhythm — IP work is sequential, partnerships are multi-track parallel, standards is a slow burn.

🔭 At-a-glance status

Stream Type Current task Next milestone Status

How streams interact

Some streams unblock others:

flowchart TB
    A[Stream A
IP & Brand] -->|TMs filed unblocks| D[Stream D
Partnerships
can sign NDAs] A -->|NDA approved unblocks| D C[Stream C
Discovery] -->|Explore findings inform| D C -->|Pricing data informs| E[Stream E
Funding] D -->|Letters of support feed| E F[Stream F
Standards] -->|Citations strengthen| D F -->|Standards engagement strengthens| E B[Stream B
Academic] -->|Published papers strengthen| D B -->|Papers strengthen| E B -->|Papers strengthen| F

Reading the dependency graph: Stream A unblocks Stream D (signed NDAs). Stream B (papers) is a force multiplier for D, E, F. Stream C feeds D and E. Stream F compounds slowly across all.
